SURFACE TYPE (Concrete, Grass):

Please indicate in the section whether your rental setup will be on concrete, grass. If this is not specified, we will assume grass.

If we arrive and the setup surface differs from what was communicated, your event may be delayed by 2 or more hours, and a rerouting fee of at least $50 will apply.

For safety reasons, we will not leave equipment unsecured. If proper anchoring cannot be done and rerouting is not feasible, your rental may be canceled with no refund.

SETUP & TAKEDOWN REQUIREMENTS:

We do not set up in areas that are unclean, overgrown with high grass or have trash or pet waste.

Please ensure the tent area is clear of all items before our arrival—no furniture, trash, food, or decorations should be under or around the tent.

Do not attach anything to the tent structure.

For pickup, the tent area must also be completely cleared of all items. Failure to comply may result in additional fees.

DELIVERY POLICY:

We do not deliver before 11:00 AM unless your event qualifies as a special event. Please call us in advance for confirmation before placing your order if early delivery is needed.

We do not set up in the dark and do not perform takedown after 8:00 PM, unless approved under special circumstances.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
We reserve the right to cancel your rental at any time due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to:
Thunderstorms, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Blizzards, Extreme Heat, Rainstorms, Thunder & Lightning, Freeze Warnings, or High Winds.

If a cancellation is made due to weather, you may reschedule your event within 90 days of the original date.
Please note: Rescheduling is not available for blackout dates, holidays, the week before or after a holiday (if the holiday falls on a weekday), or the day before/after a holiday.

SPRINKLER SYSTEM NOTICE:

Rental items will be set up in the location you specify. We are not responsible for any damage caused to sprinkler systems or underground utilities during the staking process.

If you have a sprinkler system, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance by noting it in the Customer Comments section when placing your order.
